These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Service and providing electronic services by EUPHORIA MASSAGE. Using the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Scope of services

The Service allows users to familiarize themselves with the offer and make massage service reservations. The services provided in the Service are of a relaxing and recreational nature.

Reservation and payments

Reservations can be made via an online form, phone contact, WhatsApp, or Telegram. Payment can be made in cash, bank transfer, credit card, or BLIK.

Responsibility

The Administrator is not responsible for improper use of the services by users. The user undertakes to use the Service in accordance with the law and good practices.

Final provisions

The Administrator reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions. Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by Polish law.
